6. Custom Challenges (User-Uploaded Content)

When creating Custom Challenges, you agree to the following:

• Content Ownership: You must own or have the right to use all images you upload.
• Prohibited Content: You must not upload content that is illegal, harmful, obscene, hateful, infringing, or violates any third-party rights.
• Content Removal: We reserve the right to remove any custom challenge or uploaded content at any time, for any reason, without notice.

Private Challenges (Link Sharing):

• 24-Hour Expiration: Private challenges are automatically deleted 24 hours after creation. All uploaded images and challenge data will be permanently removed. We do not provide recovery of expired challenges.
• Link Access: Private challenge links are unlisted but not password-protected. Anyone with the link can access the challenge, so only share links with people you trust.

Community Challenges (Published):

• Admin Review: Challenges submitted for community publication will be reviewed by administrators. We reserve the right to reject or remove any submission.
• Public Visibility: Approved community challenges are publicly displayed on our homepage and accessible to all users.
• No Automatic Expiration: Community challenges remain available indefinitely until removed by administrators.
• Deletion Requests: To request removal of a published community challenge, contact us at legal@saythewordonbeat.com. Removal is at our discretion.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
